About The Build Notebook

The Build Notebook is an occasional (hopefully weekly!) update from me, Clare Conroy, about the things that I’m learning and think are worth sharing as I embark on a new career in the residential construction industry. I built a home in 2023 (with 35 South Building Co), learned heaps, enjoyed the process, and have ended up now joining the 35 South team to lead client engagement and operations. I’m passionate about helping home owners and builders to create intentional, functional, sustainable and joyful homes. The Build Notebook is a commitment to live into values of curiosity and learning in public.
